Alan is a leading thinker and exponent of corporate reinvention.
Under his leadership, many of his clients have reinvented and re-energized their organisations to become leaders in their industry.
He has raised the current practice of corporate reinvention to new levels by insisting that:
- Any organisation undertaking strategic reinvention first clearly understands the future environment in which they will operate.
- The only sustainable term route to increasing profits is by increasing the number of passionate customers.
- Personal endorsement has replaced traditional advertising and marketing tools. Mastery of 'emotional economy' principles and techniques is essential.
- As employees and customers are the most important asset of every organisation, the entire strategic planning process should give them the greatest prominence.
