Buhle has worked in a number of companies, mainly in the NGO environment, and most recently as the National Director for Youth Ministries in the Salvation Army. One of his major projects involves working with the team that developed Soul City, the prime time edu-drama, to develop a new spin-off series. He currently runs his own business, Young and Able, which provides a comprehensive range of services to young entrepreneurs.
