"A ball of energy" is an expression that comes to mind to describe Carol van Niekerk. She is a young, positive, energetic, motivated and bubbly person.  Carol has the ability to convey her energy into her coaching and facilitation during training interventions.

After completing school, Carol set out to get a degree in teaching, since the need to teach and train is close to her heart. She switched her focus mid-stream completing her BA Degree at the University of South Africa, majoring in Communications and Industrial Psychology.  Carol entered into a career in Human Development in 1991 and expanded by starting her own consultancy, which specializes in Leadership Development and numerous other skills development programmes.

Carol is also a Registered External Skills Development Facilitator as well as an Assessor with the Services SETA.

Carol's vision is to play a significant role in the success of all people that cross her path.
