COLLIN JENNINGS is the principal member of Jennings and Associates, a training organisation with offices in Johannesburg , Cape Town and White River . The company specialises in the training of all levels of delegates in Leadership, Public Speaking, Change Management, Interpersonal Skills, Customer Service and Personal Wellness.

He is a professional speaker and trainer who has international experience on the art of delivering effective training and public presentations. He is also a member of the National Speakers Association, USA .

Collin is a salesman and entrepreneur who started as an engineering trainee during 1977, switched to sales and worked his way up from salesman to Branch Manager, Regional Manager and finally General Manager of a large American company before switching careers and joining the organisation which he now owns.

He is able to relate to unique difficulties, to inspire people to meet the challenges of the future and to offer solutions in an interesting and motivating way. During 1988 he joined Anton v/d Post and Associates (Est 1969) as a junior associate with the primary function of selling the Effective Speaking product. During 1990 he was appointed general manager and in 1991 he bought the company. Jennings and Associates has subsequently worked with the majority of South Africa 's premier companies, some of these being: Imperial Transport Holdings, Rand Merchant Bank, Chemserve, Coca Cola Sabco, Alstom, Siemens, Datacentrix, Nike, Sappi and many others. During the past sixteen years Collin estimates that he has addressed and worked with in excess of 100,000 people. His ultimate goal in life is to travel the world for 3 months a year and live on a big five game farm.

He currently lives on the White River Country Golf Estate just outside White River with his wife Jenny and his two sons Neil and Sean.
