Steuart is co-editor and publisher of " SOUTH AFRICA - The Good News" (published 2002) and SOUTH AFRICA - MORE Good News (published 2003) and SOUTH AFRICA 2014 - the Story of our Future (published 2004). With 20 500 copies sold since January 2003 these books have come to play an invaluable part in promoting South Africa both locally and abroad. The research involved in compiling these books has resulted in some 120 public talks, 65 productions of Industrial Theatre, and significant sales of pocketbooks and videos. So far some 2,5 million South Africans have been touched by these products!

In the Foreword to SOUTH AFRICA 2014 President Mbeki urges "We have a duty to cast our eyes to the future... it is my hope that you the reader, for your part, will engage in the views presented in this book, and that you will positively contribute to the great country and continent that we are together building".

About the presentation ..

Steuart focuses on a number of key issues that affect our future: international perspectives; the economy; politics; leadership; social development; crime and poverty. He concludes by looking at the South African puzzle, what pieces have been placed and what pieces are still missing; ending with the challenges we have to overcome during the next 10 years.

Steuart's core competence is assisting organisations improve their strategic "conversation". He holds a B.A. (Honours) degree from Rhodes University , a PDM from Wits and a Certificate in Management from Oxford . Steuart has published a number of management works. More recently he authored "Human Capital Strategies for the 21 st Century" and "The 12 Ladders to World Class Performance" which received a five-star rating from Amazon.com. He has also scripted a number of local management videos under the title, "Lessons from the Wild".

Steuart is married to Camilla, has 3 children, and loves adventure and sport.
